Internet Law Bulletin Contract

This agreement (the “Agreement”) made entered as the Effective Date between parties hereto. This Agreement shall govern the terms and conditions of the Internet Law Bulletin in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

1. Services

The Provider agrees to provide the Client with a monthly electronic bulletin containing legal updates and analysis pertaining to internet law. The bulletin will be delivered via email and will cover topics including but not limited to cybersecurity, data privacy, intellectual property, and e-commerce laws.

2. Subscription

The Client agrees to pay the Provider a monthly subscription fee for access to the Internet Law Bulletin. Subscription fee paid advance non-refundable. The Client will have the option to renew the subscription on a monthly basis.
